We love our military no matter what branch of service! We support our men and women in the armed forces even more so because we are retired Army after 22 years of serving our country. After retiring, we started raising American quarter horses and AKC boxers.
We are a small kennel and we have been inspected by AKC. We are NOT backyard breeders or a puppy mill. We have high quality boxers that are on a high quality dog food. Our puppies go to the vet at least 3 times before they go to their new homes. All of our puppies are raised off the ground and inside, out of the weather. Our puppies are NOT raised in wood shavings, newspapers, on plain wood or in the dirt.
We do not receive military discounts on dog food, dog supplies, cleaning supplies or any vet services. We pay full price like everyone else.
We have many military people buy from us. We need to know what would happen to the puppy if they are deployed or divorced or whatever. Too many military have given us a hard time because of their neglect for the puppy, stressed their puppy out or their pup got hurt and wanting us to pay the vet bills. They feel that it is our fault, the breeder. They also were wanting a complete or partial refund and still wanted to keep the puppy. These issues happened after the the pup left our property. We are not responsible for what happens to the pup after they leave us.
Because of too many military people creating issues as such, we can Not give a militarydiscount. Not all military puppy buyers have done this, but too many have. They have ruined it for others. We are sorry that we can not give a discount.
