There are times every once in a while that a boxer needs to be rehomed. Although we would love to keep them, we feel that it is in their best interest to rehome them. Sometimes we come across a breeder who wants to get "rid" of some dogs, so we rescue them to keep them from being euthanized.
While they are with us or one of the breeders we work with, they receive special care and we expect the new owners to do the same. In some cases, there is a rehoming fee to help with the vet care expenses for these boxers.
If you would like to help with Rehoming or are interested in a dog listed here, email us or call.
She's Not "Just A Dog"
Ragen
Ragen was dropped off at our vet's office to be euthanized because the owners didn't want her anymore. Ragen is a flashy brindle that is housebroke. She is probably around 5 years old maybe a bit older. She is a purebred boxer but of course no papers. She is current on rabies shots. She is well mannered, loves to go for a ride. She is spayed. We had her checked for heartworms and she is clean. She is definitely a house dog. Ragen from what we know was not raised in a home with young kids. We believe she would be best in a home with older kids and as an only dog and with no cats. We have found no other issues with Ragen so far.
